How often have you found yourself seeing amazing wildlife, plants and landscapes and not being able to take a decent photograph of that special moment?
Here’s an opportunity for a fascinating look into the wildlife and nature of New Zealand and Calderdale, and the technology used to get great photography.
Professional photographer and former wildlife tour guide, Bruce Fitzgerald will take us on a visual journey spanning over 20 years, from hanging off cliffs and working with penguins – whilst working on Fuji slide film – to treading water and getting at one with nature – working with digital photography in Calderdale today.
Bruce has twice won regional wildlife photographer of the year in Otago, New Zealand, and has had several finalist images in the BG Wildlife Photographer of the Year run by the British Natural History Museum. Whether you’d like to learn about photography, or just sit back and admire plenty of stunning images from around the world – with stories aplenty, this will be a truly memorable evening.
